About this property
Location: The house features two stories and a subfloor, with stairs throughout. Guests need to walk up 12 steps to reach the house from the parking area.
There is a step between the subfloor and the main floor and the step is a bit higher. There are the handle right next to it.
Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $120 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Parking: cars can park in the driveway, and there is free street parking available.
Backyard: The backyard is currently UNAVAILABLE. It will be locked.
Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. The default settings are 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.
Laundry: Washer and dryer in the unit.
Strict no-party policy; guests are requested to maintain quiet after 11 pm and respect the neighbors.
