Very nice condo, clean, comfortable and well laid-out. The mattress is firm and in good shape. It has a convenient location - Connector Streetcar stop on the next corner. Grocery store at the end of the block. Parking is not at the building but in a parking structure above the grocery store. If you are driving, you will unload in a temporary parking spot in front of the building, then get the parking pass from the condo and park the car. VRBO maps showed the condo north of Central Parkway, but it is really just south of Central Parkway. The only drawback to the condo is that it is above a restaurant that plays music for its outdoor tables from the time it opens at 11 am until it closes at night, which is 11 pm most days, but 2 am on Friday and Saturday. The windows do a good job of decreasing the sound, so it is like quiet background music or someone listening to the radio in another room and doesn't impede talking or TV watching. It didn't bother us, or prevent us from falling asleep, and we would be willing to stay there again, but if you really need quiet, this is not the place for you.
