Each cabin features comfortable sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck to enjoy the serene surroundings. The expansive back porches offer cozy seating, stunning fireplaces, and private spots perfect for stargazing. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub with views of the peaceful forest or enjoying the luxury of your heated and chilled pool (heating fees apply), you’ll find the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Designed with year-round enjoyment in mind, the private pools at It Takes a Village can be heated to provide a soothing, warm dip during cooler months or chilled to offer a refreshing escape on hot summer days. Picture yourself floating under the stars, surrounded by the tranquil forest, or starting your day with a refreshing swim. Whether you're soaking up the sun by the pool or enjoying a relaxing evening swim, this luxurious pool is the perfect addition to your getaway.
(Please contact us ahead of your arrival to arrange pool heating for $225 per day for all three cabins combined, which breaks down to $75 per cabin. Chilling the pool is not an additional charge.)

What sets It Takes a Village apart is our unique, covered pickleball court (Pickle Bow). Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, our court provides endless fun for all ages. Gather your family and friends for an unforgettable stay filled with relaxation, adventure, and friendly competition at It Takes a Village.

As a guest of the cabins, you’ll have access to the brand-new luxury pickleball court, Pickle Bow. Cabin guests receive 2 hours of complimentary court time per day. Additional court time can be purchased for $60 per 2-hour session. Court rentals include free access to pickleball paddles and balls. You'll receive an email from Treeline Vacation Rentals with instructions and a link to reserve your preferred court dates and times at Pickle Bow.

Each of the 3 cabins that make up It Takes a Village is uniquely designed with a focus on relaxation and entertainment. Latitude Adjustment and Deal Me Inn are our brand-new cabins, boasting tall ceilings, stone fireplaces, and expansive living spaces that merge modern aesthetics with the cozy charm of a cabin. The large back porches feature outdoor seating, stunning fireplaces, and private areas to unwind under the stars. The Cottage at Cedar Hills adds a touch of luxury with its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for larger groups or families. The bonus room serves as a bunk and game room, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.

These cabins are ideally situated, roughly a 20-minute drive from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, and the numerous activities in Hochatown, yet they are nestled far enough from the commotion to offer a peaceful retreat. Positioned to the south of Hochatown's major traffic routes, the cabins allow for an easy and quick check-in, particularly for those coming from the south or west.

*** Please note that the pool heating is electric and can heat to a minimum of 80 degrees when the weather is above 45 degrees. Pool heating cannot be used when the weather is below 45 degrees***

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabins and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WIFI TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

PROPERTY ACCESS:
The properties are located off a gravel road. There are charging stations available at each property.


EACH CABIN HAS THE FOLLOWING:

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

Latitude Adjustment is a brand new cabin in the Cedar Hills neighborhood. This cabin offers tall ceilings, rock fireplaces, and open living space! All the amenities of your home in a modern cabin feel. Arcade games to keep everyone entertained. Large back porch with outdoor seating, gorgeous fireplace, and private fireplace. We are located less than 15 min from about everything the area has to offer. Hop in the car for a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and everything in Hochatown, yet it still feels like you are miles away from everything. An advantage for cabins located in Cedar Hills, we are just south of all the major traffic and backups in Hochatown, so you can get to and check in to your cabin quickly if you are headed here from the south or west.
