This single family house that features an open concept in the main living areas. 🧑‍🍳 The brand new kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and all kitchen essentials from pots and pans to spices. It overlooks a cozy dining room with banquet seating that can accommodate 10 people.

The living room is comfortable for long chats, family movie nights and offers a comfortable sofa bed.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Bunk Beds
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the hallway bathroom.

There is a main floor laundry room with full size Samsung Washer and Dryer that is perfect for families.

Transportation to New York City is easy from this central location. The best two options to get to NYC are:
1. Path Train Station from Journal Square: 15 minute walk + 10-15 minute train ride
2. Bus 119: 3 minute walk+45 minute bus ride depending on traffic.

A pack and play crib and high chair are available on request.
🚗 There is a driveway for one car (2 if you block the first car). While parking is free, you MUST request the use of driveway when you book. Otherwise it might be in use.

The unit has 2 zone central heating that you can control. Each room also has its own mini split for air-conditioning and can be operated at different degrees.

There is only one smart TV in the house which is in the living room. You'll have access to Xfinity high speed internet and can use your own streaming subscription for family movie nights.

There is a private deck you can enjoy for dinner. No grills which is not allowed by our insurance.
