Clean and Convenient!

We had a great stay here! The place is clean, nice, private, and in a great location. The ability to walk to the grocery store (and a taco truck) was very convenient, making for a perfect and easy visit

Safe and cute little apartment.

Overall the Rental was a good stay! The only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 is for a few factors 1. The door handle to the rental is extremely loose, to the point that the handle would come off if you opened the door anything but slowly, definitely requires some repair (deadbolt is completely secure though! So safety wise this was not a big deal to our group) 2. The A/C stopped working half way through our 2 night stay. The host was kind enough to reply to my inquiry and sent me some repair options but unfortunately we were already asleep by the time this happened so did not attempt to get units to start working again which was unfortunate due to how hot the unit gets and the lack of windows to leave open to allow for airflow to cool the place down. 3. The pull out couch bed looked like the sheets had not been previously cleaned, probably an oversight since it is a fold out couch, and it was an easy fix to toss on some clean blankets (which there are tons of extras around the unit!) Overall the host was extremely nice, parking was easy to find and we felt very safe staying here. Close walking distance to a convenient store and only a couple min drive to some grocery stores and restaurants!
