Discover a sparkling heated pool with an attached spill-over spa where you can cool off and treat yourself to refreshing splashes any time you want, poolside loungers that are perfect for sunbathing, a lounge area, and a convenient patio table to dine alfresco.

As you enter this dream of a home, you are welcomed by a spacious open floor plan fitted with wooden finishes, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and brick accents throughout. Spend memorable evenings in the bright and tastefully decorated living room featuring a 55-inch smart TV and plenty of snug sofas. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed open kitchen complete with stylish cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas stove and griddle.

The main suite boasts a 32-inch smart TV, two closets, and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and vanity. The second bedroom enjoys a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The third bedroom is slumber party-ready with a bunk bed plus another bed. The fourth bedroom rounds out the sleeping space with a sofa bed and a large window facing the backyard.

This home sits on a one-and-a-half-acre property conveniently located within a short drive of amazing local attractions, including Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Pier, Oceanside Sunset Market, Oceanside Museum of Art, Ocean's Eleven Casino, California Surf Museum, Oceanside Harbor Beach, and Oceanside Harbor Village.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
