- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- This home includes a Queen Sized bed
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad.
- Ample Free Street Parking!
- Lightening fast Wi-Fi on our large 50" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
What guests don't love that much about our listing:
-Our property is a multi-unit dwelling with a separate rental suite on the main level of the property as well as a separate basement suite in the lower level of the home. All units have their own separate entrances and no space is shared. If you would like to rent the entire house, please contact us.
Our house comfortably sleeps 2 guests with 1 queen bed.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, hot plate along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

*Please note* - Additional guest fee apply after 2 guests
*Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.
*Please note* - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.
-We've have a host-initiated verification process in obtaining the pre-arrival requirement
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
