• Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2. No Smoking:
• This is a non-smoking property. Please refrain from smoking inside the house.
• Smoking is permitted outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

3. Pets:
• Pets are welcome! However, you must clean up after your pets when they poop outside.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and do not disturb neighbors.

4. Quiet Hours:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbours.

5. Parties/Events:
• No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
• Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

6. Occupancy:
• The maximum number of guests is 4. This includes adults and children.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

7. Cleanliness:
• Please keep the property clean and tidy.
• Dispose of all trash in the designated bins.
• Any excessive cleaning required after your stay may result in an additional cleaning fee.

8. Safety:
• Do not leave any candles or open flames unattended.
• Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

9. Damage:
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Report any damages or issues to us immediately.

10. Amenities:
• Use of all amenities (e.g., kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc.) is at your own risk.
• Please treat the property and its contents with care.

11. Parking:
• Parking is available on the street; please provide your license plate for permits
• Please park only in the designated areas (watch signage)
