Inside, you will find a cozy main living space where the living room, dining room, and kitchen seamlessly blend together. Gather with your group in the living room while you warm up by the wood-burning fireplace, or head into the kitchen to prepare home-cooked meals before gathering at the 6-person dining table.

Just off the main living space, you will find the first bedroom featuring a full bed and access to the backyard, allowing you to wake up and step right outside. On the upper floor, a spacious room with 2 beds offers the perfect space for sharing. The room features 2 separate sleeping areas, each with a full bed, as well as storage space for your personal items. Adding to the comfort of this room is an en suite bath with a shower and access to the upper-level deck for some beautiful forested views. A full bath with a bathtub/shower combo is also located on the main level.

A highlight of the home is the outdoor area! Located near the Truckee River, you can hang out on the spacious lower-level deck. Ease sore muscles in the hot tub, and enjoy late-night chats under the stars by the fire pit. The deck even includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ so you can enjoy your meals in the fresh mountain air.

Guests will have access to the entire home, outdoor areas, and a private hot tub. Guests will also have access to up to 6 cars in the driveway.

Located only 6 minutes from Palisades Tahoe and 9 minutes from Alpine Meadows, you are minutes away from some of the best ski runs in the area. During the summer months, enjoy a walk or bike ride on the Truckee River bike path, located just a few miles from the home. Situated next to HWY 89, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas such as Truckee and Tahoe City, both an 11-minute drive from the home. Enjoy city life in Tahoe City, where you will find many cute boutique shops, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, farmers' markets, live music, and a big sandy beach with a great park and lakeside walkway. With its easy access to ski resorts, bike paths, and the river, this home is a great home base for the ultimate Tahoe getaway any time of the year.

Getting Around:
While the home is located a few miles away from the nearest public transportation stop, you can take advantage of being minutes from Tahoe City, where you will find park-n-ride options with FREE routes connecting you to locations such as Northstar California Resort and Kings Beach. Being close to HWY 89 provides quick access to the beautiful surrounding areas, with just an 11-minute drive to Tahoe City or Truckee. It's a 6-minute drive from the Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort and less than 10 minutes from Alpine Meadows.

Tahoe also has Uber, Lyft, and many taxi companies.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
