The Burley Bear is a two-bedroom, three-bath condo (HighPoint #593) featuring a full gourmet kitchen, fireplace, and large deck with views to the North. This peaceful escape is set amidst arguably the most beautiful mountain valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains.

The condo is remodeled inside and out, and it has a full kitchen, including a dishwasher and a cute coffee station in the dining area. The living room is beautifully designed with wood flooring and a custom stone fireplace. There is one bathroom on the main level with a soaker tub, and two bathrooms upstairs with walk-in showers - one for each bedroom. The King bedroom has an attached laundry space and walk-in closet. The excellent location looking north to Engineer Mountain from the deck makes for a private escape. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.

There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.
