Please note that a new home is being constructed on the lot adjacent to Casa Quail Ridge. Per HOA guidelines, work may be done Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or sunset, whichever is later. We do not anticipate significant noise or disruption to your stay. DOGS WELCOME!
We love dogs and welcome them with a small additional cleaning fee ($50.00 per stay). We currently provide 2 sets of food/water bowls, 2 furniture covers, and dog waste bags. Are there any other dog amenities you need? Please get in touch with us to ask!

Please note that our yard is not fenced. However, Rumbling Bald has a fenced-in dog run and numerous dog-friendly hiking trails nearby.
