Excellent stay

Very clean, fully stocked condo! High chair and pack n play crib were clean and in great shape. Public areas and pools were all very clean as well. Beach was clean and beautiful. We’re hoping to use this condo again in the future!

Loved this condo!

We spent Memorial Day Week and absolutely loved it!! The condo is decorated nice, beds are comfortable, tv's in all rooms and the main room tv is awesome. They have a closet LOADED with beach supplies - chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. They have great beach towels also. Bring some extra bath towels. We had 6 people staying and 1 towel per person - small white hotel type towels. Not a big deal - washer/dryer there so you can wash if needed throughout the week. The view from the back porch was magnificent! The beach was wonderful - steps away and not crowded. The condo complex is quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

It has everything you would need for the beach (beach chairs,towels,umbrellas,etc.) I've stayed in many units over the years but none stocked as well as this one. The cleaning products exceeds expectations and I found myself ordering many of the products for my home in PA.There were numerous renovations going on with the entire complex which did create some inconvenient setbacks. I guess that's to be expected when you vacation in the winter months.As usual,the Staff at ODVR could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a slight problem with the ice maker when we first arrived but that problem was solved in no time and the gentleman who did fix it was friendly and a true gentleman. There were about 15 beach towels provided and the storage locker had plenty of things needed for our days on the beach. Toys, boogy boards, sand chairs, umbrella everything was provided by the owner. The rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay here again. I loved sitting on the patio and listening to the waves every night. This place was heaven to me.

The office is about 3 minutes from the actual Unit. Once we got to the the place, it was clean and was even better looking than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything you needed since we were planning on cooking to save money. There was an issue with the hallway bath and the water not draining fast enough and they had a guy out within the hour. He was friendly and fixed the issue right away. The storage unit had lots of beach stuff for us to use which was great. The view of the ocean was amazing as well. We liked the area as it was less crowded than most of the Crescent beach area. If you are on the fence about renting this unit, I would say pull the trigger. Next time we plan on going to Myrtle Beach we will definitely look at renting this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

So great not having to take beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. House & balcony furniture were comfortable. Reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are due to the property, not the owners. The workout room smelled too bad to utilize the entire time we were there. Access to the beach is through the pool deck, which was locked at 10pm each night. After that, you had to take the public access next door, which didn't have a means to rinse sand off feet before entering the property. Also, the lazy river was bathwater-warm with green-stained walls. Finally, the pool bathrooms were not accessible with our keys. Overall, it was a great trip. We couldn't have asked for a better condo, but the building facilities could be managed better.

Room was a little dirty upon arrival and we had a couple of issues with the shower in the hall leaking and not draining so that we couldn't use it. I sent an email about it because the paperwork indicates that if you call after hours and it is not an emergency then they charge you. I told someone the next day when they called to confirm out checkout the person i spoke to was a little rude saying that i should also call but i am on vacation and busy so think the email should have sufficed. Otherwise, everyone was friendly. The whole binder thing and all of the long list of checkout instructions seemed unnecessary considering the large cleaning fee you are paying. Did the job for our trip but would not choose this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here! We had 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. Perfect location in NMB with a beach that wasn’t too crowded. They provide a closet that has some beach supplies (the umbrella was broken, but it had boogie boards, etc.). They also provide beach towels if needed. They provided plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was VERY stocked if you desire to cook in. The management company was easy to work with when we had a few issues (nothing major, mainly a leaky sink and wanted to report the broken umbrella). Would highly recommend booking your next beach vaca here :)

It was well stocked and clean. Late the last day we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and called it in. Someone came out right away and fixed it immediately! We would stay here again!

The shower curtain in the hall bath is fabric and clings to you when you try to take a shower. Also, the drain was broken. I loved the fact that the condo was well lit. The unit needs to have a full length mirror.
