The space

Just a short stroll from Madeira Beach, this newly remodeled studio is the perfect blend of comfort and style. Wake up to stunning views and the soothing sounds of the Gulf surf right from your window. The studio features a cozy double-size bed, ideal for relaxing or a restful night's sleep. The kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops and new appliances, making meal preparation a pleasure. Prefer dining out? You'll be close to a variety of local restaurants.

The kitchen features an electric oven, a single-burner stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all the essential cooking utensils. For dining, there are two chairs and a small, wall-mounted folding table.

Our home features split-type AC and a ceiling fan for added comfort, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with stand-up shower and toilet bowl. Additionally, you'll have access to an on-site washer and dryer.

Step outside to enjoy shared outdoor dining furniture in a beautifully landscaped area, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh air. This non-smoking apartment includes a designated parking spot and provides linens, towels, and pillows for your comfort.

We also offer a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. A Google Home voice assistant is available in the unit for added convenience.

Please note that the laundry room is accessible on Mondays only between 6 am and 2 pm and is shared with other guests. We also provide beach equipment for your sunny beach days.

Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump’s, Hooters, Hubbard’s Marina, and the world-famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach, located just west of St. Petersburg, offers a picturesque Gulf getaway with something for everyone. Fishing is a popular local pastime, and Madeira Beach is known for its impressive grouper catches. *Please ensure that the parking placard is always visibly displayed in the vehicle at all times when parked. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. The placard can be found inside the unit. Kindly take note that in the event of misplacing or losing the placard, an additional fee of $125 will be incurred.
* Laundry Room: Accessible on Mondays only between 6am and 2pm. Shared with other guests.
*Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
*No Beach blankets or snorkeling gear. Only Beach chairs, towels and umbrella.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
