In our third bedroom, you'll find two twin beds along with a TV, a closet, ceiling fan, and dresser with shelves, offering a comfortable and organized space for your stay.Plus,we provided luggage racks in every bedroom.

The guest bathroom is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a tub-shower combination,toilet bowl,and a vanity sink with a mirror.Additionally,there is direct access to the pool area, ensuring convenience and easy transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. In the ensuite bathroom,you'll find two vanity sinks with mirrors,a toilet bowl,and a convenient standup shower.

Our property also has a washer and dryer located in the garage-free of charge, four parking spaces in the driveway.This is a non-smoking property,and this home has Wi-Fi.

• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly.They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Pool isn't heated.
• If you would like to heat the pool, it will be available for a 25$/night additional charge for the length of your stay, which must be paid prior to your check-in date. Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week.They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• We provide a BBQ.Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied.We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
•We have a boat dock with slip available. Please note that parking your boat and using the lift incurs an additional fee of $30 per night, charged for the entire stay,and must be paid before the check-in date.The boat lift will be locked. Additionally,it is important to adhere to the rules and regulations.Contact us for further details.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
