Scenic Sedona Private Studio with Pool & Hot Tub

Escape to our private studio guest suite in Sedona, where you'll stay cool in the summer & be 5-10 minutes from Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, the Chapel, and Tlaquepaque. You’ll have shared access to our pool, hot tub & patio. Your suite has a kitchenette, lots of natural light from big windows & a 65-inch smart TV.

As your hosts, we're a married couple w/ a dog, we stay at the home above the suite during fall & winter or rent out the property in summer. We want you to have an exceptional stay!

About the Rest of the Property
Above the same building is the main house where our family typically stays and right beside it is a pool. You may book the main house whenever available if you would like to get access to the pool. On the other side of the property, detached from the building, is the Casita or guesthouse that we also rent out. Please check out our other listings on the platform.

Parking
- There are dedicated parking spaces for the studio guest suite just off the driveway roundabout that can fit up to 2 vehicles. These spaces are located at the corner of the roundabout closest to the guest house, past the carport.

We have always lived in homes and communities shared with local and international travelers and we enjoy opening our homes in Sedona and Tahoe to those who want to experience the great outdoors. We always default into giving guests their space, but we're happy to connect about tips and local recommendations or answer any messages or questions via the booking platform.

Getting Around
In Sedona, you will need a car to get around. On weekends, especially on holidays, parking is limited or restricted at popular trails and tourist spots so we recommend checking out the free local shuttle. You can also send us a message to ask for some tips!

Other Important Things to Note:
Never Leave Food or Trash Outside
Sedona is filled with wildlife. One of our rules is to never leave any food trash outside the house. Please keep them inside. If they have to be taken outside, make sure to keep them in the trash bin and lock it with the cable system at all times.

No Smoking Inside: Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

No Pets Allowed
Sorry, but we’re allergic to cats and we don’t have the capacity yet to host other animals on the property.

Wildlife Reminder
Our most common wild visitors are javelinas, deer, and coyotes. Please do not approach javelinas and make sure to give them space. They come in packs and will attack if they feel any one of them is threatened. They do not run away easily, especially when they smell food. Javelinas will attempt to knock over trash bins and scatter trash everywhere. You can make loud noises to scare them away, such as honking your car horn or banging a cooking pot. Do not harm javelinas - they are creatures protected by the local regulation.
Parking: There are 2 parking spaces available for the Studio Guest Suite, just at the corner of the roundabout driveway, close to the Casita. From the street, take the 3rd driveway entrance to the roundabout and drive slowly past the building. You'll see a corner close to the Casita that can fit up to 2 vehicles - this space is dedicated to the Studio Guest Suite.

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. We’re allergic to cats and we don’t have the capacity yet to host other animals on the property. Thank you for understanding!

Quiet Hours (9:00 pm - 7:00 am): Sound travels easily in this desert neighborhood. To be considerate of neighbors, please keep noise and sound to a minimum after 9:00 pm, especially while outside the house, at the pool, or on the deck. No loud music outdoors.

Smoking: Not allowed inside. You can smoke outside the house. Please make sure to use the ashtray outside to help keep the area clean.

Guests: If you're thinking about inviting friends over, please reach out and ask us. We're easygoing about inviting a couple of friends over for brunch or dinner, but we want to be considerate of other neighbors in case you are thinking of inviting more than a couple of friends.

Kitchen: When checking out, please throw dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle on Auto (the dishwasher detergent is under the sink). Please wash all used pots, pans, kitchen knives, and other kitchen items by hand.

Barefoot Haven: Kindly leave shoes at the door.

Don’t forget to close the pool cover after each use.
