The space
Villa The pure is only 5 mins' drive from the main ring road and less than 3 kilometers from Bangpor Beach. During your stay, you can easily reach all basic amenities and landmark buildings; The villa is only a few minutes' drive away from the beach, 7/11 24h convenience stores, as well as various bars and restaurants. The villa is comfortable to stay and can accommodate 8 adults.

The villa has a very modern and magnificent exterior, while maintaining a very modern interior and design. All furniture is very comfortable and modern, equipped with a newly installed Western style kitchen, and all indoor areas are equipped with air conditioning.
The building is divided into two floors in total

First floor

The villa has a total of two independent garages and independent entry spaces, Garage 1; Can accommodate one car and several motorcycles
Garage 2; It can accommodate about 3 large vehicles and is very spacious, allowing direct access to the residential space on the second floor through stairs

Second floor

Living Room/Kitchen - The spacious interior features an open dining area and kitchen area, with a living room. The kitchen and dining facilities can accommodate 8 adults comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items, including an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, outdoor terrace, and barbecue facilities. The living room has a large 55-inch flat screen TV, and customers can choose Netflix and YouTube according to their preferences - the most comfortable place in the villa is the sofa in the living room, which has a separate bedroom and a multi-functional storage room

Independent bedroom 1; An independent bedroom connecting the living room is very suitable for elderly groups in families, which is very convenient
Outdoor Space - The outdoor terrace is definitely the place where you spend most of your vacation time. Our outdoor living area has a large swimming pool that offers beautiful views of the jungle and ocean. During your stay, you can always use the sun lounge chair and enjoy the sunbathing next to the swimming pool and on the high-rise terrace. The outdoor terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the climate of Ko Samui. You can relax in the sunshine or shade in the afternoon.

The electricity fee is the government's electricity fee, which is 8 baht per unit. And water fee is 110THB per unit. We will record the electricity and water meter reading at check-in and then record and calculate your usage again at check-out.
