Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.
