The Space:
Here are National Harbor, we want you to feel at home in your 3 bedroom/2 bath deluxe condo with balcony that is 1296sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two double beds and access to a bathroom. In the very open living room there is a queen sofa sleeper. This condo can accommodate up to 10 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

All 42 Presidential suites, which include both standard Presidential and Presidential Reserve suites, have a washer/dryer. Each guest floor also has a shared laundry facility.

A bellhop service will be provided upon arrival to assist guests unloading their vehicle(s). Due to the limited size of the driveway, guests will be required to park the vehicle prior to check-in

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
