The Space:
This awesome home can host up to 10 guests at a time, and it's even pet-friendly! Kids will love the fun themed bedrooms, featuring MIckey Mouse and StarWars characters.

The home has a large back sundeck, complete with recliners chairs and a sparkling swimming pool. There's a poolside dining table and BBQ grill - perfect for family dinners al fresco! Additionally, there is a formal dining table inside, as well as a breakfast table, which can easily double as a laptop-friendly workstation, since the whole home is connected to high speed WiFi.

Next to the formal dining table, you'll find a living room seating area, but there's an additional living room with a big screen TV for your entertainment closer to the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen - you'll love the high end appliances and spacious design! Prepping meals will be a breeze with all that countertop space.

Parking:
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway plus 2 vehicles can park on the street. Parking is also available at the clubhouse. Please note: the garage is not available.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 6pm, year-round.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Solana Resort - one of the most desired resort communities in all of Davenport area! Solana Resort's Clubhouse is a great spot to relax and have fun, featuring a large heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. The pool area has plenty of loungers, shaded cabanas, and a nearby picnic area with BBQs. If you’re feeling active, there’s a beach volleyball court, a recreation field, mini-golf, and a climbing area for older kids, plus a play area for younger ones. Inside, you'll find a comfortable lounge with a widescreen TV, a fitness room, free WiFi, and a games room with arcade games.
