Welcome to Fox Paw Lodge, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom, ski in/out Peak 8 luxury vacation home. The home is stunning with an incredible location, wheelchair accessible & offers amazing mountain views! Spacious enough to comfortably sleep 12 guests, this home is ideal for multi-generation family gatherings & groups of friends. The location & layout of the home can't be beat for larger groups! No detail has been overlooked & amenities include a hot tub & fire pit perfectly situated to enjoy the views!
The Space:
Fox Paw Lodge offers convenient ski-in and out access to Peak 8 as well as all the amenities of One Ski Hill Place. Guests can use the resort’s free private shuttle service, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, bowling alley, media rooms, fitness facility, restaurant, and après ski bar. In the summer, Fox Paw Lodge is an easy stroll to Peak 8 Fun Park where you can soar through the trees on the Alpine Slide, reach for the clouds on the Bungee, practice your putting skills on a mini-golf course next to Colorado’s largest human maze. Or hop around in Ripperoo’s Bounce House and see what it feels like to be an astronaut in the spin cycle. Other activities include the Gold Runner Alpine Coaster, Summit Climbing Walls, Tom’s Nugget Tubing, Little Flyer Zipline, scenic chairlift, and ropes courses. If none of these activities catch your attention try hiking up the mountain to enjoy scenic views of all of Breckenridge. Or if you prefer, take the chair lift up and meander down the hill or grab your mountain bike and test your skills.
There is one bedroom suite next to the living room and it is wheelchair accessible. The bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, access to a private balcony, gas fireplace, and an en suite bathroom that has a large roll-in shower.
The upper level of the home features two incredible suites. The first suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, mounted TV, private balcony, large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The second suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both of the suites are amazing! Lastly, the upper level has a desk that is ideal for working from home.
The lower level of the home is an amazing space for entertaining and for guests to spend time together. There is a pool table, gas fireplace, full wet bar, TV, and comfortable furniture. There are two bedrooms on the lower level. The first bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, mounted TV, walk-in closet, access to an outdoor patio, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom on the lower level with a walk-in shower. Lastly, there is a mudroom with access to the outdoor patio with a hot tub and a gas fire pit with amazing mountain views!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, elevator and two car garage. The home is wheelchair accessible.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Peak 8 neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking during the summer. During the winter months, the home is ski in/ski out. The ski in/out trails are green circle (beginner) making them accessible for all skill levels. Ski in/out access allows you to get on the slopes very quickly and provides access to the home for lunch and breaks during the ski hours. Additionally, Main Street with all of the restaurants, bars and shops are less than 2 miles away (approximately 5 minute drive).
Getting Around:
Downtown Breckenridge and the Breck Gondola parking lot are less than 2 miles, approximately 5 minute drive, from the house. Uber/Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that smoking is not permitted. A fee of $1500 will be charged to guests if smoking inside the rental property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week, season, and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Summit County will place a fire ban from time to time which limits the use of the fire pit. If you plan to use this amenity, please message us beforehand to see if it is available.
The home has 2 spaces for parking in the driveway and 2 spaces in the garage. The garage has a 7' clearance and can fit most vehicles. Larger trucks and vehicles with luggage carriers will not fit.
The elevator is not a toy and small children should not ride or operate it unsupervised. Please respect the elevator and use it appropriately. The elevator is intended for handicapped or elderly individuals. We ask that you use the elevator to take heavy luggage up and down between floors, as to avoid damaging the stairs.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

We are off site but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for quickest response.
House Rules:

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
