Stunning 5BR Shock Hill Mansion- Steps To Gondola!

Soaring mountain views combine with Shock Hill location! This gorgeous 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom chalet is surrounded by panoramic views of the Tenmile Range – and it’s just steps from the Gondola. Hit the slopes in the morning and then slip into hot tub in the evening to soak your cares away. Beautiful scribed log construction is combined with contemporary interior design highlighted by hardwood floors, a granite fireplace, and exposed ceiling timbers to create a luxurious Breckenridge retreat.

The Space:
The first floor features a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious closet with built-in floor-length mirrors, and a private bathroom complete with a river rock shower and vanity. Across the hall is a bunk room with an upper twin and lower queen bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Down the hall is a laundry room where you can fluff up a fresh supply of hot tub towels!

The main entry is via the second floor, while the third floor serves as the heart of the retreat. Here you’ll find a gourmet kitchen featuring a six-burner gas stovetop, a double oven, granite counters, a walk-in pantry, custom cabinets and a double sink. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with seating for 6, while the oversized island offers additional seating for 5. Nearby is the master bedroom which offers a king bed, balcony access and a private fireplace. It also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub and double vanity. Perhaps the most sublime feature of this retreat is the third-floor balcony with its extraordinary views of the Tenmile Range and Breckenridge Ski Area. Heading upstairs to the fourth floor you’ll find more two guest bedrooms, both with king beds and private bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower and bath combo, the other with a walk-in shower.

This Shock Hill retreat offers plenty of perfect surprises, including automated blinds that darken the living room any time of the day, parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, and a patio area with a firepit. This Breckenridge chalet sleeps up to 13.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the luxurious Shock Hill subdivision in Breckenridge. This is arguably the most desirable, high-end neighborhood in all of Breckenridge. Shock Hill is located in between downtown Breckenridge and the base of the ski area. The best part of Shock Hill is the gondola stop, which takes you to downtown Breck, Peak 7 and Peak 8!

Getting Around:
The home is steps away from the gondola which can take you to peak 7, 8 or downtown. There is also a free bus shuttle in town that will take you anywhere you wish to go. Uber and Lyft are prevalent in Breckenridge.

Other Things to Note:
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
