Sandia Sun was named after the beautiful views of sunsets in Albuquerque. Sandia is spanish for "watermelon" and is believed to have gotten it's name from the pinkish color that lights up the Sandia Mountains on a clear day in New Mexico.

Hiking opportunities like Elena Gallegos, La Luz Trail head, Little Cloud Park and High Desert Park are all nearby. Our location is conveniently situated along Tramway Blvd between Paseo del Norte and Academy Road for seamless access to I-25 and I-40.

The home has three bedrooms. One large primary suite/primary bath with a walk in shower and free standing tub with spa like amenities. The primary suite includes a smart TV with platforms Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount +, Apple TV and more. The other two bedrooms are equipped with plush bedding and closet space.
