The Space:
After you enjoy the many walking trails, beaches, golf courses and more, come back to relax in your Studio 1 bath condo that is 390 sq ft! The open living room has a double murphy bed, and balcony/patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. The bathroom offers a jetted tub. This condo can accommodate up to 2 guests!  A mini kitchen and a dinning area, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, and so much to fun to have in the sun on the beach, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

This resort has a mandatory non-smoking policy inside all of its suites and buildings. Smoking is permitted on the decks.

The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area also provides plenty to do, like hiking Cumberland Mountain State Park and Ozone Falls, exploring exhibits at the Military Memorial Museum and Homesteads Tower, or sampling wine at Stonehaus and Chestnut Hill wineries.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
