Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Guests will also have access to 3 parking places, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage.

Head into downtown Breck and hop on the BreckConnect Gondola for easy skiing access. Or enjoy a stroll along Main Street where you will find a wide variety of eateries, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities. The home is in the Peak 7 area, placing you close to several beautiful hiking trails. Head over to Peaks Trail, an 8-mile trek in the White River National Forest that runs from Breckenridge to Frisco and offers stunning mountain views. Or, check out Iowa Hill, a lightly trafficked trail loop in a beautiful forest setting. Biking enthusiasts should be sure to check out the Blue River Bikeway, a paved trail that traverses nine miles and is great for all skill levels and ages. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the main floor from the front door.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
