You will find the "conveniences of home" in this updated 2 bedroom villa which is new to our rental program. Hardwood floors runs through the villa. The great room has vaulted ceilings and large windows over the sliders flooding the room with plenaty of natural light. Off the entry is a full bath with shower. The great room incorporates both dining and relaxation spaces. Plenty of comfortable furniture and a wall mounted TV. Head out the sliding door to the deck. Watch the golfers come up the fairway! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage at the bisto table. Gather for meals at the dining table which seats 4 -6. The kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. This space with been updated with granite counters and subway tiled backsplash, both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, and plenty of cookware.

Head up the stairs to the second floor bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and 42"Smart TV. The guest bedroom has both aQueen bed and 42" TV. In the hall is the full bath. There is a double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Rounding out the second floor it the laundry space. Here you will have the convenience of a stacked washer and dryer.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.

Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are not available with this villa. Lake House Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Lake House are included in the rent which allows access to The Lake House outdoor pool year-round at no charge (not heated). Added fees apply to use the indoor pool/fitness center. Guests also have access to the Equestrian Center.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
