A beautiful, fully-updated, townhouse-style condo awaits you in the Club Villas complex on the Amelia Island Plantation! Both accessible and luxurious, 3025 Club Villas offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, golf course and marsh views, entry to 2 pools, close proximity to walking/biking trails, and a short drive to private beach accesses. The gated AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.
Modern sophistication is balanced with a relaxed ambience at this tranquil property. The 2022 remodel transformed the downstairs, starting with a shiplap enhance space and then a gourmet, open-concept kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and open Baltic Birch shelving. Beautiful LVP flooring carries you to the living/dining space with raised ceilings and contemporary lighting.
Upstairs, both bedrooms have king beds, a balcony, and ensuite bathrooms that have been updated. The larger, main bedroom has two remote work stations and enjoys the same views as the living room downstairs, peeking out towards the marsh, golf course, and river. Relaxing on the back patio and listening to the peaceful sounds of the marsh and local birds is a treat! In addition to the complex pools, there is easy access to parks and pickleball courts as well.
Our condo does consider dogs, and your furry companions will especially enjoy the AIP community's six miles of walking trails. Please note all dogs must be approved by management and there are breed restrictions. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a total maximum weight of 50 lbs. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions, and a $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
The socially-connected traveler will appreciate the complimentary high-speed wireless internet, and there is open parking for multiple cars in front of the unit. Bike and golf cart rentals are available nearby, and there are multiple golf courses close to this unit.
As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals. Our team is happy to make further activity and dining recommendations, and welcome all interested travelers to reach out!

**Please note that Oak Marsh, the golf course that this property is adjacent to, completed major renovations in late 2024. According to the resort, the golf course is expected to reopen in May 2025.
