OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

When you arrive, it might be dark outside. Even with a GPS it is hard to see. The numbers to the driveway are marked on the mailbox. It is a hidden gravel drive to the right down hill. Please do not drive straight into my neighbors paved driveway.

• Heat/Air Conditioning
There are brand new mini-split units in the home for heat and air conditioning. They are operated by a remote that is tan with orange on/off button. There is a separate remote for each unit. You can use up/down arrows to control temperature. And there’s a button to toggle between heat/ac. Or feel free to open windows for fresh air. If you have any questions about this please ask.

RED ROCK PASS:
The home does come with a Red Rock parking pass that is included in this booklet. This pass is good for every trail head in Sedona. Please, feel free to take it with you and use it during your stay with us. Do not forget to PLACE THIS BACK IN THE WELCOME GUIDE prior to your departure. If the pass is lost, misplaced or stolen you will be charged a $100 replacement fee.

-Burning of candles, incense or using any type of oil diffuser is strictly prohibited.

-This property is 100% NON-SMOKING

-There will be NO parties or events permitted at this property at any time.

-All wood furniture must be wiped with a damp towel only, no cleaning products are to be sprayed on furniture which would damage finish.

-Cars that leak oil are not permitted to park in driveway. The driveway pavers are very absorbent to oil and will not come out easily

-If guests break any of our house rules then you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
