The house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers and smart TVs. This home also features the perfect private swimming pool and patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee, sip cocktails in the afternoon or have a BBQ with the family right on the patio while listening to Howler monkeys and the sounds of nearby nature.

Just behind the pool is a private casita with two additional, individual bedrooms complete with shared bath. Because they are away from the main house, the rooms are equipped with basic utensils, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, basic cookware, internet connection, A/C, streaming TV, hot water and a safe.

The two rooms have Queen size beds that will comfortably accommodate two guests each as well as a pull out twin-size sofa bed in the second bedroom to accommodate three guests in total.
