Sister's Vacation

We truly appreciated the space and the location. We could walk to one end of the street and watch the sun rise, or from the rooftop deck...and walk the other way just a few steps to the beach, and the free trolley stops are very close. The interior was very clean and nicely decorated. I wouldn't change a thing...thank you.

The place was just as described. Close to the beach with beautiful views of the beach and sunset. The check in process was flawless. A few minor maintenance issues were found and addressed by the rental company very promptly. We were notified in advance of the inoperable elevator, so we were not surprised, we just packed light. The place was very clean, and beds were comfortable. We will look at staying here again. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house was beautiful and clean with a nice view of the ocean across the street. No one stayed in the unit below us during our stay, so it felt like we were at home all to ourselves. The pool was nice and everything was easy to access. We can't wait to book again!

Great place to stay!

We stayed at Like Kiss B last week for my mom’s birthday trip and we all really enjoyed the property. It is very spacious and had everything we needed, including pool noodles and beach chairs. Although we didn’t use it there is even a cooler in the garage. The pool was great along with all of the outdoor space. The elevator wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal.

Hurricane Helene 2024

We loved Lime Kiss B and this was our 2nd stay there. We arrived on Sunday 9/22/24 and were able to enjoy 2 nights there. Evacuation orders for AMI on Wednesday so we left Tuesday night 9/24...So disappointed!!! We hope that this VRBO did not receive much damage. Phillies Spring Training Trip

We had an excellent stay! Home was fully equipped! Beds were very comfortable. We ate at very many excellent restaurants. And the free trolley up and down the Island was a bonus. Not to mention the beach right across the street! Would definitely consider renting again!

This house is better than the description, pics. So close to the beach Decently appointed. Only complaint is very hard uncomfortable beds. . We would stay here again, would be great to rent both units for a large group.

Great Property for our getaway

The unit was beautiful! Loved the upper deck to watch sunrise and sunsets! We could see the Gulf while relaxing on our deck! Loved the elevator so we could easily get all our luggage into the unit and not needing to carry up the stairs. Our host was very responsive to a few issues we ran into. It was close to everything and we had a fantastic stay!

Sweet spot

Gorgeous house, beautifully decorated, all the amenities, incredibly convenient location (few houses from the trolley and right at a small, public access point to ridiculously gorgeous beaches). Anna Maria feels like an old-school key as far as relaxing and beautiful, a total beach vibe, but with everything you might need within close distance. Gave only 3 stars for communication with management only because we never needed to communicate with them, so I’m not sure how easy it would’ve been if we did - but the fact that we didn’t need to says a ton! They left handy notes explaining necessary details/instructions in the house, which was perfect. House was stocked with everything we could have needed or wanted. Water view from the kitchen! It was immaculate, too. I mean, the cleaning service does an amazing job and whatever they get paid, it should be more. Loved the place and will be back.

Great property!

Amazing property. We were the upstairs unit my sister and her family downstairs. Everything super clean. The fridge did smell like fish per other reviews but it didn’t seem to get into our food. If you like soft beds, this is the place for you! The king bed was way too soft for our liking, but all of the decks, proximity to the beach, and the rest of the house was amazing. I will say that the downstairs unit can really hear the upstairs folks moving around. I’m glad we got the whole house and we’re upstairs because it was pretty loud. Beach chairs and wagon and toys a huge plus and the roof top deck was awesome. Highly recommend.

We’d be back but some small improvements are needed

We’ve stayed a few times at this location as well as it’s sister location just two doors down. We enjoy the location and amenities but…. A few things need to be done to the place. The master bathroom shower door handle is practically falling off, light in the family room fan - have no idea how to turn it on, the fan in one of the bedrooms only has one speed, the fan outside near the pool doesn’t work, and the grill igniter didn’t work so we had to use our neighbors grill but what drew us back to this place was the elevator but it broke during our visit. Our family relies on it and though it was fixed the following day after reporting it the gentleman that came said that “this elevator has been nothing but problems since it was installed”. All in all we’d go back but I feel some minor things need to be done to bring this home up to others for the costs. We’ll be back.

Not a bad location. Close to the beach but a short drive (without traffic) to the main area of AMI. House was as described. I knew going into this rental that someone would be renting the unit below us. We had little ones with us and my husband said he could hear the kids walking from the garage (two floors below) the first night so the remainder of the trip I felt we were on egg shells to not ruin the renters experience below us. It was hard with the little ones to keep them from walking quietly. Also didn’t like that there were so many things to do before the check out process to avoid additional fees. Taking trash out on time, washing ALL towels and beach towels, cleaning all dishes, making sure all furniture was in correct place, etc. I spent the last night of the trip making sure everything in the check out process was complete instead of enjoying the final night. I thought there was a cleaning charge for those things. Also don’t like that you have to trust the previous renter that these things were done. There is a quick wash (15 min) on the washer and I would hope the bath towels would be more washed. I guess you have to hope the renters before did a good job. I also washed several dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty from previous renters. Overall a good location but be aware that this is a multi unit and a decent checkout list of requirements to avoid additional fees as stated in the rental unit.

Great....but.

Let me first start off by stating that this property location and stay was overall fairly good. The proximity to the beach is awesome, the walk was maybe right at 60 seconds depending on traffic crossing the street. The view of the beach from the 2nd and roof top are great, you can clearly see the beach and ocean on either side of the tallest building across the street. There is also a convenient short walk to a convivence store for beverages and ice if needed. The pool and elevator on the property were both nice and super easy to use. The second floor deck with table right outside the kitchen/dining room area was great. The A/C in the house worked great, there were times our family was cold with it set on 74. The garage had tons of pool chairs and a canopy that we used at the beach that was amazing. There are some things that set this property back in my opinion that could be easily corrected and I would invite the owners of this property to stay here for a short visit to experience some of the things that don't quite make this place a 5 star rated property. First of all the refrigerator reeked of fish smell and we could not get rid of it with baking soda provided by the Island Dreams staff upon requests. There were several light bulbs out most notably on the pool fan outside above the table, in the refrigerator and the cooktop microwave hood light. The TVs were not up to date and did not have any streaming service login options in any of the rooms, so if you are staying here I suggest if you are someone who would want to stream Netflix or the like, bring your own firestick or Roku stick for those rainy days. The kitchen appliances and cookware leave a lot to be desired, there is not a cookie sheet or pizza pan for baking, the coffee maker is regular style so no Keurig coffee pods if you just want one quick cup of coffee. The kitchen is very small and the sink also reeked of old fish as well. There is not a disposal, so someone that had stayed here previously had rinsed fish down the sink. Also the pool was nice but too small and the gate on the back of the property was broken and would not latch closed. The rooftop deck had a great view, but is way small for 4 adults, there is only 2 seats up there and a table. The biggest positives to the property again is the location, views and beach accessories provided and the A/C works wonderfully. For the price however there are better up to date properties on the island.
