We are proud to present this modern One Bedroom apartment situated in the trendy district of Business Bay, boasting views of the surrounding area and canal. Guests can enjoy the many attractions that this central area has to offer from cafes and restaurants, to retail stores and the nearby Mega Dubai Mall in neighbouring Downtown. Travel a bit further to enjoy the Dubai Marina and the iconic Jumeirah Beach Front.
This apartment is designed with style and comfort in mind and is perfect for a couple or single traveler alike. With modern furnishings and tasteful decor throughout, it has all the amenities to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay including high-speed WIFI throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a compact round dining table to seat two and the living area has a comfortable sofa with a smart TV. There is also a neatly furnished balcony.
The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a separate full bathroom stocked with hotel grade towels and essentials as well as a toiletry starter pack.
The building features a swimming pool, state of the art gymnasium, and a parking spot as well as BBQ facilities and a kid's play area.
