Life is a Breeze at Windward Breeze by RENT KEY WEST VACATIONS - 2/2 townhome -

Windward Breeze is part of the Windward Park gated community just off Simonton Street, one block from Duval Street. There are a total of 13 townhomes in this community that share the 20x50 foot community pool.

Located in a pristine gated community, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Bahamian-style townhome is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and views of a sparkling swimming pool. Windward Breeze is located in an ideal area of Old Town Key West. A short stroll to Duval Street offers restaurants, bars, shopping and galleries nearby. Hop on a bicycle and head down to Mallory Square or the Key West Seaport, just a slight distance more. Everything is pretty close on our island. The beaches are also just a short distance from Windward Breeze.

This spacious vacation home just a block from downtown Key West's famous Duval Street has an open floor plan with lots of space on the main level for relaxing and entertaining. A comfortable seating area with couch and chairs and a flat screen television for those days you want to get out of the sun and just relax. The living area is open to the second floor with high ceilings and plenty of light.

There is one bedroom on the main level with a full bath. The primary bedroom offers a comfy California king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and flat screen television. We offer all the comforts you need for your stay in paradise including WiFi, flat screen TVs, laundry, lovely and inviting community pool and assigned parking.

This property has a 6 night minimum stay. There is a strict 4 person maximum for this property. DO NOT GO TO THE PROPERTY. Guests must check in at our office at 1075 Duval St Ste C11 to obtain the keys and information.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect, off the beaten path but walkable to anywhere you want to go! Gated community with pool that was cleaned often. Kev, from management came by to measure for improvements. He was super nice and worked with us for a late check-out. The only improvement I could see was that cabinet doors needed to be dusted better. If I had my asthmatic relatives with me it would have been reported. For any coffee drinkers, there’s a cute little Cuban coffee shop/restaurant, Key West Cuban Coffee, a couple blocks away. Coffee every morning and multiple meals for my hubby and BIL!!!

Key West Getaway

Very convenient to Duvall St. Nice pool right out the front door. You get a feeling of privacy and seclusion (with other neighbors) in your little enclave with how it is configured. It is only two short blocks to Duvall, sweet!

Key West Truman townhouse

The location is perfect for seeing the sites in KeyWest and the unit is ideal for two couples with two primary suites. We loved the upstairs balcony. The living area is perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped. The small complex it is in is quiet and tranquil.

Great location.

The house is just 2 blocks off of Duval Street, but tucked back in a courtyard setup with a heated pool as the centerpiece. I liked the assigned parking space, but sometimes the cleaning personnel made parking a little difficult. We had to find the car owners and ask them to move twice which they did gladly. Not a big deal. The house itself was really set up nicely and was very quiet. The very private back deck was also a great place to relax. Mallory Square is a bit of a hike, but worth it. We did it 2 times to see the sunset. Just wear good shoes, not flip flops if you're going that far. With that said you're only a 10 minute walk to the Southern Most Point. I would definitely stay here again.

We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. House was everything we imagined and more. Only 2 blocks from Duval St. Kevin and the rest of the Key West Hideaways folks were very friendly and great at responding to every message and question we had. If we go back to KW, we already know where we’ll stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved having the kitchen and pool to our disposal. Even though the pool is shared,with other properties. It was never crowded and always at a good temperature. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future.

Key West trip

First time to Key West. This property was within walking distance to most everything on Duval Street but enough away that it was quiet. Property was very clean, updated nicely and well equipped with all we needed. Pool was very large and heated. Host responded quickly and was very helpful.

Great Spot in Key West!

This property is in a great location and perfect for 2 couples. Very private with a nice pool. Management is super helpful when you need it, but not overbearing. Super close to all the action on Duval! They were renovating some of the condos, so a little noise from that but nothing too crazy (and that just means they're getting better!) Definitely will be on my list of places to stay in Key West!

Great Location and great property, construction zone

Property was just as listed, and we enjoyed our stay in Key West. However, we did have a few issues arise that we felt could have been handled better or differently. On the first morning of our stay, we woke to the sound of construction on a nearby unit at about 7:30am. It was loud and reverberated through the entire complex until about 5pm everyday. Nail guns, hammers, saws, etc. After speaking with the owner of the unit adjacent to the one under construction, we found that it had been ongoing daily since November, and would persist through the duration of our 10 day stay. This greatly diminished our ability to enjoy the pool and balconies of our unit. We feel that somebody at Key West Hideaways should have advised us that there was construction at the property, especially since it had been ongoing for months and would persist throughout our stay. Also, on about the 3rd morning of our stay, the internals of the guest toilet broke, rendering it unusable. Being the weekend, I waited until Monday morning to call for service. I was advised someone would be out that day to repair it. At about 4pm, a guy showed up to look at it, but said “I’m not a plumber, but I’ll have them come tomorrow and fix it”. The plumber never showed the next day. It was only on Wednesday when they called us about yet another issue that I was able to readdress the problem with the toilet that someone came to fix it correctly. So the other issue we were contacted about? We had a golf cart AND a scooter parked in our one assigned space, and even though those two things easily fit within that space, it was against association rules, as only one cart or two scooters could be parked in said space. Absolute nit picking at this point. Yes the property was nice and we would’ve loved our stay, we just feel things should have been communicated much differently.

Perfect location and setup for couples

Clean and perfect location for walk to Duval St. or scooter rental. Private court yard with lovely clean pool is a quiet tropical escape. Two couples had privacy with layout. Management easy to contact and resolved issue (smoke alarm batteries) with no fuss. Would rent again and again.

Fantastic in every way!

Our senior family group (me, my wife, her sister and her husband) spent a luxurious and relaxing vacation in this spacious townhome. Each comfy bedroom, one upstairs and one on the ground floor, had an en-suite full bath with great showers and individual outdoor decks. The kitchen was well supplied and all the appliances were clean and in working order. Being new to Key West, we were appreciative of the security gate and dedicated parking spot off the street. The lovely pool, both pristine and inviting, was nearly completely ours for the duration of our stay. This rental will be high on our list for a return visit. Highly recommended!
