The sofa opens to a queen sized bed for extra guests. Share stories from your day around the dining table for 6. Sliding doors off the dining area lead out to the deck. Grill up lunch or dinner on the propane grill and dine al fresco at the table for 4. The remodeled kitchen opens into the living/dining area so the cooks are never far from the action. There is one bedroom on the first floor. It has two twin beds, access to the deck, and a TV. Just outside, off the hall, is a full bath with a shower/tub.Sliding doors lead to the deck that offers nice outdoor space to relax. You will also find the laundry with stacked washer and dryer on this level.

Head upstairs to the primary suite featuring a king sized bed, large HDTV, and two sun decks. This lovely bedroom has soft blue bedding and white wicker furnishings. The
en-suite bath has a separate sink area and a walk-in shower. Two can easily get ready for their day in this spacious master bath. Step onto the deck with your morning coffee and relax under the sun. The deck has open railings offering great views of the lush tropical landscape. You can even hear the ocean's waves. Or relax on the chaises off the bedroom's second deck.

This townhome is just across the street from Pelican Beach where you will find gently lapping waves and see the most amazing sunsets over the Edisto River. Walk just .25 miles to the Beach Club pools, golf course, Island House clubhouse, and Pelican's Nest outdoor oceanfront restaurant. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
