The space
Step inside your private top-floor oasis with your unique door code and take in jaw-dropping views of downtown Colorado Springs, Palmer Park and Cheyenne Mountain from the massive windows! The light-filled living room opens onto the huge deck, where you can dine al fresco under the gazebo. From cozy nights watching your favorite streaming services on the three 4k smart TVs to panoramic city light views, your stay is sure to be remembered!

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more—think full size range, Instapot, and even an air fryer for those crispy cravings. We’ve got you covered with spices, coffee, and all the storage you could possibly need to stock up for a feast, which you can enjoy either from the breakfast bar or the dining area that seats six.

Sleep soundly in the serene primary bedroom with a king bed, stunning views and private deck access, blackout curtains, and a smart TV. The beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom features a bath tub and even the toilet has a view!

The second bedroom offers another king bed and a dedicated work space with a smart TV to comfortably accommodate any who work remotely, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and decor emphasizing the mid-century-modern theme. All bedrooms come with thoughtful amenities like luggage racks, down comforters and extra blankets, as well as your choice of feather or synthetic pillows. If needed for a 7th and 8th guest, there are 2 small single-size folding mattresses (best suited for children).

The beautifully renovated hall bath delights with a walk-in shower and included shampoos, a skylight and plenty of guest storage space. Laundry is hassle-free with a stackable washer and dryer and provided detergent. Outside, park on the street and use the circle driveway for loading up for adventures from our central location:
- 5 minutes to Palmer Park, Pulpit Rock, Austin Bluffs Open Space, and UCCS.
- 15 minutes to the Air Force Academy, Downtown, Garden of the Gods, Glen-Eyrie Castle, Olympic Training Center, and the Olympic Museum.
- 20-25 minutes to Old Colorado City, the Broadmoor, and Red Rock Canyon Open Space.
- 25-30 minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cheyenne Canyon, Manitou Springs, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, the entrance to Pikes Peak, The North Pole, and Green Mountain Falls.

Guest access
The entire main level and private deck are reserved exclusively for guest use, while the garage, backyard and walk-out basement are for use by the owners only. We ask that guests park on the street, using the driveway only for loading/unloading (10-15 minutes). You might see and hear us (a young professional couple) access the garage and occasional noise from below, but rest assured, your retreat remains separate and private. Our goal is your total satisfaction, and our proximity enables us to quickly address any needs that may arise!
