Your health and safety are our top priorities. Our home undergoes professional cleaning and disinfection before every stay, ensuring a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones. We adhere to industry-standard guidelines and use hospital-grade cleaning products for high-touch areas, while linens and towels are laundered on high heat settings.

This property is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.

Driveway parking and games/beach gear is shared with the house next door. The outdoor space with the dining table and fire pit does not belong to this bungalow. Street parking is free. You may need to communicate with the unit next door if a vehicle needs to be moved.

There is a pet fee of $100 which covers a deep cleaning of the property. Only one pet is allowed per reservation.
