The Space:

This spacious bungalow is perfect for the whole family, including your furry friends! Walk to all the restaurants and bars along the boardwalk or stroll to the beach for some fun in the sun. Sitting right on the main through-way courtyard that connects both the beach and bay, this house is known for its prime location. The sleeping arrangements are versatile, with a queen bed, cute daybed, two twin beds, a pack 'n play crib for the little ones, and an electronic inflatable mattress if needed.

The well-appointed kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring a gas range oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a full housewares package. You'll have everything you need to prepare quick snacks or a full three-course meal!
Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi, watch your favorite shows on our Smart TVs, and keep cool on those hot summer days with refreshing AC. Convenience is key and parking is free! You’ll have a shared tandem parking space available in the driveway, on-site washer and dryer, and a private yard to gather and lounge in.

Outdoor fun awaits with a ping pong table, fitness area, selfie wall, ring toss, connect 4, cornhole, and mini golf – not to mention beach gear like chairs, towels, boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, and frisbees. Your health and safety are our top priorities. Our home undergoes professional cleaning and disinfection before every stay, ensuring a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones. We adhere to industry-standard guidelines and use hospital-grade cleaning products for high-touch areas, while linens and towels are laundered on high heat settings.

This property is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.

Driveway parking and games/beach gear is shared with the house next door. Street parking is free. You may need to communicate with the unit next door if a vehicle needs to be moved.

Please inquire about availability if you would like to book the house next door in addition to this home, as this will provide more space, parking, and exclusive access to amenities.

There is a pet fee of $100 which covers a deep cleaning of the property. Only one pet is allowed per reservation.
