-KITCHEN & DINING: Full kitchen with stove/oven & refrigerator. Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven & microwave. The dining room has a table with seating.

PARKING: 1 Gated parking spot is available as well as FREE Street parking is available on a first come first served basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: We provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towel for your stay. You may need to purchase additional depending on length of stay and use.
Smart TV & Netflix, must use your own account.

NOTE: neighborhood is going through a gentrification process.


You have exclusive use during your stay of the entire apartment. the backyard is shared. 1 FREE Parking inside the gate provided and street Parking on a first come basis.

Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. You can smoke outside.
Remember that you’re staying at a neighborhood home, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
