Every level welcomes you with new entertainment opportunities. Take advantage and stay entertained with a board game/cards/jigsaw puzzle in the recreation room or watch your favorite Blu-ray movies on the TV. There's no reason to go upstairs for a snack; a kitchenette on the ground level provides an extra spot just for those favorite munchies. There is a half bath poolside. You can access the recreation room all from the lower level and the pool. Two en suites are located on this level, including a king bedroom and a bedroom with a custom-made queen over queen bunk with a double trundle, Additionally, this level has a double laundry area and a sliding door to the pool area which also has a party size hot tub, two picnic tables, volleyball court, and two charcoal grills. The pool has a spacious seating/lounging area that is unmatched in Pine Island!

Enjoy the many amenities of Pine Island, including 2 outdoor community pools, outdoor tennis courts, a playground and more. The Racquet and Fitness Center can be enjoyed for a fee.

Pool may be heated for an additional $500 per week.
