Summary:
Visit Asheville like an insider with PMI Blue Ridge! The location of this downtown condo allows you to walk everywhere. Numerous breweries and fantastic downtown restaurants are all within easy reach. When you've had enough, come relax in the condo, complete with everything you need from fluffy towels to coffee for the Keurig. By car, you are 5 minutes from the River Arts District and 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. Free parking for one vehicle is available in the secure garage.
The Space:
We are in a newer building, right in the middle of downtown Asheville. The condo is comfortably furnished with two (2) bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms, each stocked with soaps and toiletries. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds. The living room has an incredibly comfortable couch that doubles as a full-sized sleeper sofa. The entire unit is tastefully decorated with local art that we love.
Guest Access:
Access to the secure garage is through a keypad. Once inside, our parking space is the second on the left (space 308). You can access the elevator from the garage. Our unit (#308) is on the 3rd floor. Just head straight out of the elevator, and our door is just to the left.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located on the side of town that is in transition, with new construction and lots of changes planned. Because of our location across the street from the municipal bus station, there are all sorts of people moving around, and it can be noisy late at night as bars and breweries close. We consider this a very safe area and have never had any problems with our guests exploring the area.
