This condo is located on the second floor of Lake Windermere Point, just off the highway, and the complex is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Therefore, please expect some background noise.

As you enter the condo there is a shoe rack infront of you and closet space for coats down the hallway on your right.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the small and large appliances you will need to whip up a meal or snack during your stay. There is also kitchen counter seating with four bar stools. You will also find a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay.

LOUNGE AREA
The lounge area is spacious and inviting. There is a corner sofa with optional headrests (please do not sit on the back of the sofa as this will break the headrests). You will find a large wall-mounted TV with cable and streaming services, perfect for those cozy nights in. On the colder evenings, you can turn on the electric fireplace and snuggle up together on the sofas.

LAUNDRY
Down the hallway, you will find the laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer. Please note, there is not an ironing board or iron at our unit.

BEDROOMS
You will find two lovely sized bedrooms at our property. For your comfort, each bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens. There is closet space in both rooms, and the master also has a dresser.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has Jack and Jill doors and joins to the master suite. There is a bath-shower combo, and we provide towels and SoCo Soaps body wash/shampoo for your use.

NEARBY
Nearby there is a children's play area, beach, and boat launch.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
