The home is designed for gathering with a large dining table, plush couches, and outdoor seating. You'll feel right at home in the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the basics to prepare food in the home. Escape to the master suite with a grand wood-framed king bed with plush mattress, full en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in closet, room-darkening curtains, smart TV, and private balcony with peak views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk for the kids. Enjoy Flagstaff's cool evenings with a drink around the fire table while dinner sizzles on the grill.

For our littlest guests, we provide a pack-n-play, sound machine, and rocking chair for bedtime, a high-chair and plastic dishes for mealtime, and a variety of toys and games for playtime. We especially enjoy walking to the neighborhood park and playground just around the corner.

Fast, free wi-fi is available throughout the home, with a desk provided downstairs. There is a large Smart TV with DVD player downstairs and two more in the bedrooms. Enjoy whole house heating and air conditioning - a luxury in Flagstaff! Guests have full access to the 2-car garage for parking.

Other things to note
Please note the property is on the edge of the neighborhood and is close to Hwy 40. There is natural space with a buffer of trees in between, but guests may hear some light road noise from the backyard and in the second and third bedrooms at night.
