Daytona Beach Shores at its BEST the SANIBEL CONDO offers the best location of the beach. The No Drive beach on one side, less stressful for families with children. *One of the newest condos on the beach completed 2007-08 with a Gym fitness room and club room just renovated which includes a pool table and place to hang out. Pool area just re opened after a 1.7 million dollar renovation (it doubled in sitting area)

Exercise room and pool table available on main floor in the Club room with outdoor cooking grills. After renting in the building 8 times we decided to buy our own unit. Once you visit you will fall in love and make it a yearly tradition like my family and friends do.
