Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 2 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
