⭐️ ROOFTOP DECK ⭐️ - Private rooftop deck featuring a charcoal grill and a hang-out area to eat or relax under glowing Edison bulb lighting with 365 degree views of the city, stadium, mountains and horizon.

⭐️ Kitchen ⭐️ - The kitchen is fully stocked. Items include a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Keurig, coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.

⭐️ Bathrooms ⭐️ - 3 full bathrooms attached to each bedroom with a half bath off the Recreation room.

⭐️ Bedroom 1 & 2 Queen Bed ⭐️ - Queen sized mattress with comfortable linens and pillows located on the second floor. Each bed also has it's own full bath so there is plenty of room for everyone without having to share a sink or shower.

⭐️ Master bedroom ⭐️ - located on the second floor with full double door sliding balcony windows that overlook the mountains. This large spacious room also includes a work desk.

⭐️ Couch ⭐️ - The couch doubles as a full-sized bed and is large enough to accommodate most individuals. Linens are located in the closet in the first bedroom.

⭐️ Luxury Full Air Bed ⭐️ - For guests who have a group of 6+ individuals, we provide 3 top-of-the-line full sized Aerobeds located in the right closet in the main area. The air beds will not come inflated, you will have to inflate it yourself utilizing Aerobed's built-in electric pump - no manual pumping is necessary. The appropriate area to inflate the first air bed will be in the living room -- you will need to move the coffee table in the living room out of the way to make room for it. The second airbed is also located in the closet and can be filled and utilized on the first floor of the home. The 3rd airbed is located in the master bedroom and there is extra room there to place the bed.

⭐️ Entertainment ⭐️ - Fast WiFi, 75" High-Definition Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ pre-installed. Please note - access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.

⭐️ Game Room ⭐️ - Foosball table, Mortal Combat classic arcade game. Board games, card games, puzzles, connect 4, Jenga, Alexa home speaker.

⭐️ Laundry ⭐️ - Washer and dryer are located in the unit with tide pods, bleach, and dryer sheets provided.

⭐️ Complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

⭐️ For large group reservations, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are okay with the sleeping arrangements. Only 3 real beds are being provided. Beyond 6 people, the remaining 6 guests can choose to either sleep on the sofa bed or the 3 full air beds. If a reservation is placed for 6 guests, it's definitely doable, but you will feel a little tight with everyone in a singe living space.

⭐️ Guest access:
Guests have access to everything in the home and also to the pool and jacuzzi excluding the left closet in the main area . That is reserved for our cleaners. A front door code with be provided to you during your stay.

If you need to check-in earlier than our listed check-in time or need to check-out later than our listed check-out time, please check with us before booking.

Please note that the left side of the closet located in the main area is utilized to store cleaning supplies. It will be locked and unavailable to guests.

Additionally, the closet in the bedroom is utilized to store extra linens and pillows in case the living area is to be utilized as a sleeping area. Guests will have access to this space as it doubles as your closet space, but keep in mind it may be a bit crammed.
