This quintessential beach home is half of a very well-kept Duplex. The colors of the sea and sky are continued inside this cheerful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. This home sits directly Ocean-front, you can’t ask for a more relaxing place to be.

The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a mounted TV, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/ shower, and access to a private balcony with seating. You’ll want to start each morning and end each day sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves. The front bedroom also has a queen-size bed with a mounted TV. The center bunk bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed which is a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower. There is a full-size washer and dryer in an alcove in the hallway. 
The second floor is awash with sunlight and color.

The living room on the second floor has plenty of seating. Everyone can find a place to join the conversation, watch TV, catch the next game, or watch the ocean in front of you. The dining room table seats 8 with 4 more spots at the kitchen bar. This kitchen is incredibly well equipped with everything you probably use at home. There is a half bath off the kitchen.

Climb the spiral staircase from the living room to the loft. With a full-size bed and mounted TV, you will feel like you are in the helm of a ship with nothing but sea below and sky above.  

Every balcony has seating. The top balcony off the living room is furnished with 2 tables each seating 6. Perfect for alfresco dining. Under the home is a covered area with a picnic table, great for rounding up the kids, cooling them down, giving them a snack and a drink, and sending them back out.

Captain’s Al’s Beach House is a 4 bedroom, 2 & ½ bathroom Duplex, located in N. Topsail Beach, Topsail Island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM, Off Season Check-in time 3 pm

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family-friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island getaway.
