Easy to access via one flight of stairs or a ramp, you’ll find the tranquil environment of the Happy Turtle is hard to beat. The entryway leading to the front door provides a perfect area to house your flip-flops, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch, 2 comfy chairs, and a mounted Smart TV. There is plenty of natural light with the sliders providing access to the balcony and a large window on the side wall. The balcony is furnished with 5 high-top Adirondack chairs, a bar-height table to rest your drink on, and an outdoor sofa perfect for an afternoon doze. The large kitchen is equipped for any meal plans you might have. The countertop serves as the perfect place to sip your coffee and dine. Across from the bar/ counter is a table that can be used as a workstation or additional seating for a meal. 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a view of the ocean and access to the balcony, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The secondary bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a TV.  Another full bathroom is accessible from the hall with dual sinks and a bathtub/ shower. The full-size washer and dryer makes quick work of rinsing sand and salt from bathing suits and beach towels.

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Streaming services Available with guests' own account: Smart TV's require guests login to access their subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.

Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.
 
Summer Check-in time is 4 pm, and Offseason Check-in time is 3 pm

The Rate Includes Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Reservation Fee. 

The Linen Package is now optional.

The following are not allowed: Events of any kind, Smoking, Pets 

Paper products, toiletries, and cleaning products are not provided. 

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
