We warmly welcome pets, but kindly note that a pet fee is required, as outlined in our house rules below. This unit is located on the third floor and you will need to climb stairs. We take great care to ensure cleanliness and freshness throughout the unit.
Given Austin's warm climate, occasional bugs may be present. Rest assured, we conduct regular pest control treatments. Please be mindful that being in Texas, pests may appear.
We provide essential amenities upon booking, such as hand soap and toilet paper. However, for longer stays, additional supplies will need to be purchased independently.
Note: With rising temperatures in Texas, there may be occasional issues with the AC. However, rest assured that as of this writing, the AC is in proper working condition and undergoes regular inspection.
For added security, there is a security camera at the entrance door and a noise detector inside the property.

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.
1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.
We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.
All access point are with keyless locks. Check-in time 3:00 PM until 12:00 PM. Access Info will be provided at least a day before check-in date or upon completion of reservation requirements.

* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.
