This beautiful modern family-friendly home was built in 2024. This property has a marble and granite finish, but a grey neutral throughout the home. It has been decorated professionally with luxury and comfort in mind for the guests. Everything from indoor games to kitchen essential is provided.

Primary Bedroom Suite (4): This is the huge black dark blue and ocean themed room. The exterior door in the bedroom leads you to the private backyard space. You have a luxurious carpet design, with plants, lamps for reading at night, a dresser, laundry hamper and a Samsung Smart TV 55". The bedroom is a memory foam, with Egyptian linen sheets, and memory foam pillows for a more comfortable sleep. As you enter the primary bathroom, you have a large shower, large bathtub (which are separate), two sinks, hand/face/body towels will be provided, shampoo, conditioner and body wash will be above the shower and bathtub with dispensers. There is also a walk in closet that has hangers and room for luggage or duffels for family, friends, or co-worker vacation or gathering. There is also a private bathroom within the primary bathroom which is also a plus.

Bedroom 1: This is the Light Blue Waves Room has a queen memory foam bedding, with 4 pillows (2 memory foam, 2 regular pillows) with Egyptian sheets and blankets. A small plush blanket for extra warmth and comfort, with a starfish pillow for a decorative touch. The floating white dresser with decorative sailboats, coral reefs, and sea turtles while the walls filled with sea paintings. A nightstand and lamp for the night owls and an Amazon Smart TV 40” with a complimentary remote. The closet has hangers and room for luggage with a wicker laundry basket.

Bedroom 2: This is the Sea Green and Shell Room has a queen memory foam bedding, with 4 pillows (2 memory foam, 2 regular pillows) with Egyptian sheets and blankets. Living room: Sit back and relax on this 10 person grey sectional, filled with white plush blankets, extra soft pillows for comfort and a 65” Amazon Smart TV to enjoy streaming shows, movies and cable services. Games for the entire family, friends or co-workers are in the entertainment center. (Please place the games back in its original casing The entertainment center has an electrical fireplace (Please shut off before bed and departure of the property). You are more than welcome to bring fire sticks, Roku sticks, and/or Apple TV.

Dining Room: 10 person grey table with 10 cushioned comfortable seating for the guests. (Please separate the recycling and the trash into their appropriate bins).

Kitchen: Coffee maker (Keurig), coffee mugs, cutting boards, toaster, pots and pans, hot water machine, measuring cups, kitchen/cooking utensils, baking sheets, cupcake, baking tins, blender, Pyrex pans, Cascade dishwasher pods, sponges, trash bags, Dawn dish soap, cutting knives, small and large plates, small and large bowls, small glasses, drinking glassware, air fryer, Ninja blender, fruit bowl/hanger, coffee bar/tea bar (stocked with sugar, coffee, creamers, milks, and straws) and paper towels.

We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you treat the home like your own! Please let us know right away so we can work to fix/replace what is broken. You will be responsible for any extra costs that are incurred.

The AC is set to 75 degrees. If you wish to lower the AC it will be an incurred fee. Please message me if you want it to be changed. Thank you.
