Things to Know

☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
🛑 28+ Years Booking Age Requirement.
🌐 Bookings accepted up to 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates, we would be happy to accommodate your future travel.
🌨 4x4 or AWD recommended from October through May.
🛠 Rigorous Cleaning & Maintenance: The Hosting from the Heart Team inspects the home in detail before and after each guest to ensure top quality and cleanliness for every stay.
