Welcome to Jackpot Lodge! Our stunning, recently built 3-story cabin is in Chalet Village with spectacular views of Mount LeConte, just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and a quick 20-minute drive to Dollywood. Revel in comfort within one of our three bedrooms, featuring 2 king rooms with attached bathrooms and a bunk room with convenient access to a hallway bathroom. Additionally, there's a half bath on the lower level for guests' use.

Main Floor:
• Experience an open-concept kitchen and living area with a Smart TV and electric fireplace.
• The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing gourmet meals for your group.
• Enjoy meals at the dining table for 8 or the bar seating for 4.
• A full bathroom is available.
• Rest easy in the king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.
• Access the main level deck with outdoor seating, a firepit, and dining space for 8.

Lower Level:
• Have a blast in the game room, complete with a pool table, 65" Smart TV, and custom bar top with seating for 3.
• Find convenience with a half bathroom.
• Relax on the comfortable queen sleeper sofa.
• Utilize the full-size washer and dryer.
• Access the lower deck featuring a 5-person hot tub and outdoor seating.

Upper Level:
• Retreat to the king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.

Chalet Village Owner's Club: Guests have access to 3 clubhouses with swimming pools, tennis courts, and more. Pools are open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a convenient 1-hour drive to our cabin and is recommended for Smokies travel.

Access: The front door features an electronic keypad. Before check-in, you'll receive a unique door code, eliminating the need for key exchanges.

Roads: The road to the cabin is paved. Though snow is rare, in winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service can be spotty, so we advise downloading offline maps prior to travel.

Parking: Space for 3 cars is available directly behind the cabin.

Age: All guests must be 25 or older, except for children with their parents.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 persons, including children and infants.

Security Camera: For your safety, a security camera is installed near the main entry. Tampering will result in eviction.

Smoking: Our cabin is strictly non-smoking/vaping.

Weather: No refunds are provided for weather-related issues. Travel insurance is recommended.

Hot Tub: Our hot tub accommodates 4 adults. Rules apply; use at your own risk.

Outdoor Grill: A propane gas fueled grill is provided. Please clean after use.

Trash: Dispose of liquids in the sink. Trash bags should be secured in bearproof containers provided.

Critters: Monthly pest control is in place but expect wildlife. Bear safety guidelines are posted.

Pets: Pets are not allowed due to allergies.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard times apply; early/late check-ins/check-outs are not permitted.

Starter Pack: We provide a few essentials to start your stay such as dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. We also provide a few bags of coffee, K-Cups, cream, and sugar to get you started. Salt, pepper, and cooking spray will also be provided. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, and zip-lock bags are not provided.
