This big & beautiful back yard offers so much space to play and take in everything Lake Norman has to offer. In addition to Pickleball, we've stocked tons of games including a mini putting green, spike ball, kan jam, a firepit, and more! It's impossible to get bored at this property.
The home is setup as two different units and offers plenty of space as well as flexibility and privacy for maximum comfort. The units are not connected, and are accessible by walking down the deck stairs or around the side of the house.
Smart TVs are setup all throughout the home for your entertainment, and the high speed internet is ready for those remote workers.

Preparing a tasty meal in the open kitchen with all your basic cookware & stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls utensils. Comfortably enjoy one King bedroom on the entry level, as well as one full bath. The lower level features another King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and bunk room for even more fun!
Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, Hairdryers are available in each property.
Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large fully furnished deck. The yard is nestled in a beautiful wooded cul-de-sac and is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome!

Guests will have private access to both units and all the amenities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The property features three bedrooms, with one upstairs and two downstairs, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for your group. Both units are equipped with fully functional kitchens, perfect for preparing meals at your convenience. The upstairs living room connects to a bright and airy sunroom, an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxation. At the same time, the downstairs common area includes comfy seating, a TV, and a Murphy bed for additional sleeping space.
Outside, guests can enjoy ample parking for up to five vehicles and a variety of recreational activities. The outdoor play area includes pickleball, mini putt, spike ball, and Kan-Jam, catering to all ages and ensuring endless fun. Additionally, water enthusiasts will appreciate access to two kayaks, two paddle boards, and an XL splash pad, perfect for enjoying the lake.
Self-entry via an electronic lock provides easy and secure access for everyone in your group. Should you need an early check-in, please request it in advance, and we will accommodate if possible.
Getting Around:
Boat rentals are available at several marinas around the property! To get to the main channel you must fit under a bridge that is 5'3" high.

The home is friendly to small children and pets, provided they are house trained. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. All pets must be approved with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, payable before check-in. Unapproved pets will incur a $250 fine. For stays over 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Starter supplies are provided for 3-4 day stays; guests must replenish supplies for longer stays.
We use a rental agreement with each reservation to outline and protect your rights and responsibilities. A completed copy will be sent before your reservation starts. According to the NC Vacation Rental Act, signing the agreement, paying money, or taking possession of the property after receiving the agreement confirms your acceptance of its terms and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is important to us! Please review the following house rules; any breach is subject to a fine.
The minimum booking age is 25. If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify may collect a refundable $1,000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled, with a refund according to the listing's cancellation policy.
Any collected security deposit will be refunded after checkout, provided the house is inspected and no damage is found. Any repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
For safety, each guest must complete the check-in form, including a valid government ID. Incomplete or inaccurate information will result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM. Early check-in (1:00 PM) is available for an additional $99 + booking platform fees, subject to availability.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols. Early check-in requests will be accommodated if possible. Staying past checkout will result in a $250 fee plus cleaning reschedule/cancellation charges and does not entitle the guest to extend their rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment You have the right to quiet enjoyment during your stay, but please do not disturb the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises—no parties permitted. Disturbing the neighbors will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without a refund.
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM; please keep noise at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home Enjoy private access to the entire home, except for the locked owner’s closet on the lower level and the locked shed in the backyard. Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving to keep belongings secure.
Pets Pets are allowed only with prior approval before check-in. Undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine and up to $300 in cleaning charges. Cats are not allowed. Pets must stay off furniture and beds; violations incur up to $300 in cleaning fees. To bring a pet, provide the type, breed, name, and age (maximum of 3 pets). Upon approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 plus booking platform fees is required before check-in. For stays over a week, travel insurance is mandatory. Pet owners must clean up after their pets, including waste in the backyard and neighborhood. Any pet-related damages will be charged to the guest.
Parking Parking is available in the driveway and carport, with a maximum of five cars. Driving or parking on the lawn or grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a $500 smoking fee will be issued.
Damages Report any damages immediately. Additional damages due to neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage By using the provided internet, you agree to our policy. We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users, including illegally copyrighted content. Doing so will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. You agree to indemnify us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash All trash, including unused food, must be removed from the refrigerator, cabinets, and trash bags taken outside to large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles; excess trash will incur a $75 per bag fee.
Checkout Instructions Guests are responsible for the following:
Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
Rinse dirty dishes, put them in the dishwasher, and start it before departure. Hand wash pots and pans and place them in the drying rack.
Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters using rags, paper towels, or wipes (do not use white towels).
Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris using a broom, vacuum, or Swiffer.
Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure.
